5. Refund Policy
Quick answer: Podyz: refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions. Pro/Max subscription: prorated refund within 30 days. Studio booking: free cancellation until 24h before; 24h-3h before = 50% refund; under 3h = no refund (but credit for next time). Editing booking: full refund if editor hasn't started. Once started - manager resolves dispute within 7 days.

How to request a refund
Email aviv@pody.io with order number. We respond within 48 hours. If approved - 7 business days back to card. If we need more details we ask once - not a multi-step process.
