Why we wrote it

Most Israeli podcasters quit twice. First time: they record on their phone in the living room, manage 1-2 episodes, and break from production overhead. Second time, six months later: they realize they need a system. The Pody Method is the system we wish we'd had when we started.

At Pody we built a marketplace of studios + video editors + hosting platform with automatic archive.org backup. But even the best platform can't replace a method. This is the method.

Who this isn't for

If you're looking for "10 quick podcast tips" — read a different blog. The Method is long, opinionated, and sometimes uncomfortable. We wrote it this way on purpose. Podcasting is a multi-year commitment, not a weekend project.
